What we hold and why
To fulfil your order (contract): name, delivery address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, what you bought, payment status (not your card). Kept for 6 years for tax records.
To answer you (legitimate interest): your WhatsApp or Telegram messages to us and our replies.
Marketing (consent only): we send offers by WhatsApp, Telegram or email only if you opted in. Reply STOP at any time and it stops; the opt-out wins over everything else.
Walkers: name, contact, price, location and photo you enter, shown to dog owners near you while you are switched on.
Links from social posts: when you tap a link we posted in a group, we count the click against that post so we know what worked. No cookie is set for this.
Who sees it
Stripe (payment), the supplier that dispatches your order (name and address only), Meta (WhatsApp delivery), Telegram, and our hosting provider (Railway). We do not sell data.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by WhatsApp or email; we act within a month. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The shop uses no tracking cookies. Your basket and a walker's sign-in live only in your own browser's storage.
